Please read before ordering

All designs and products are the copyright and property of and may not be copied or reproduced in any way by you or a third party. Gabrielle Elizabeth (GE) reserves the right to use any designs created for you.

All designs are a guide and subject to slight variation. Bespoke designs are produced and embroidered by hand allowing for individuality and for the design to fit the measurements of the product.

Payment:

The initial (1hr) Consultation is complimentary, a chance for us to get to know one another before we proceed. Any meetings after this will be included in the deposit as part of the design development.

The final quote will be emailed to the Client after the initial Consultation has taken place.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work is carried out. No samples or designs will be sent out until this deposit is received.

Before GE can begin making your veil, the remaining balance must be paid in full.

The fee is paid by the Client to GE for the design and creation of the product, specifications of which are set out in the Consultation Record and agreed by the Client.

GE reserves the right to charge the Client an additional fee for any amendments/alterations requested by the Client in receipt of the final product.

Refunds:

Each veil is individually made to order and is bespoke to the Client, therefore no refund can be given. This is why it is important we carry out Signs Offs and Stage Payments.

GE is not responsible for any damage to the Clients order after it has left the studio.

Deposits are a contract to commit to the process and guarantee you are booked in. These are non-refundable and any cancellations will incur in the deposit not being refunded.

Delivery:

If delivery is required, the product will be delivered by Special Delivery and require a signature on arrival. GE is not liable for late delivery on the part of the courier.

It is the Clients responsibility to make sure they are present to receive and sign for the parcel at the allotted time, instructed by the courier.

If purchasing from abroad, GE is not liable for any import or customs fees you may be charged for purchasing from the UK.

GE products are exempt from the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ as all products are personalised and made to order.

Veil Design Process:

To allow maximum time to complete the veil it is important the Client contacts GE as far in advance of their wedding date as possible.

During initial Consultation GE and the Client will discuss the design, length and tier of veil. If the Client already has a dress it is helpful to see photos to get an idea of the style.

The price of each veil varies and is determined by the design complexity, fabric, length, embroidery and edging.

After the initial Consultation the Client will be emailed the final quote, copy of the T&Cs and the Consultation Record to read through, sign and return.

Once happy with the quote and the above forms have been returned, the Client will be invoiced for the 50% non-refundable deposit. This payment firms a place in the Gabrielle Elizabeth diary.

In receipt of the deposit, GE will start designing and begin samples based on the agreed specifications. The Client will be sent tulle samples to match with their dress.

Upon receipt of the samples by the Client, GE will video call/telephone to finalise decision. This is the final time for any minor changes to be made to the design.

Once the Client and GE have agreed on final finishing touches, the remaining balance will be due. This must be paid immediately before GE can begin making the veil. The Client will be contacted via email to notify them of this, and invoiced accordingly.

When complete GE will send the Client their veil.

Embroidered Products:

Please contact GE via email or telephone to discuss embroidery on personal products. For more detailed designs the Client will need to book a Design Consultation.

The price of each embroidered design varies and is determined by the design complexity, base fabric and embroidery detailing.

To allow maximum time to complete the embroidery it is important the Client contacts GE as far in advance of their wedding date/hen do as possible.

Each product is individually embroidered to order and is bespoke to the Client, therefore no refund can be given.

Slight variation to the product due to added embroidery is not the responsibility of GE.

Please allow between 6 - 12 weeks for design completion as each veil is bespoke and individually made to order. For future orders 12 weeks will commence from the day the Client is contacted to pay the final remaining balance.
