  • Can you tell me more about the ordering process?
    Consultation : We will meet to discuss your ideas and visualise designs This can either be in person, via Teams or a phone call, whichever works best for you The consultation is complementary and will last roughly 1 hour We will cover the design, length and tier of your veil. The price of each veil is determined by the design complexity, fabric, length, embroidery and edging If you already have a dress it is helpful to see photos to get an idea of the style After the Consultation you will be emailed the Final Quote, a copy of the T&Cs and the Consultation Record to read through, sign and return Design Process: Once you’re happy and have returned the above forms, you will be invoiced for the First Stage Payment, a 50% non-refundable deposit. This payment covers design ideas and development, embroidered samples, a final design and a secured date in the Gabrielle Elizabeth diary After this payment is received I can begin designing your veil and develop samples based on the agreed specifications I will send you tulle samples to match with your dress Once you have received these I will give you a call to finalise your decision. This will be the final time for any minor changes to be made to the design Time to make your veil: The Final Stage Payment, the remaining 50% balance, will be due before I can begin making your veil. This payment covers the materials, time to make your veil, the veil storage box and delivery costs Your veil will be wrapped in tissue paper and beautifully boxed to store and keep safe after your special day, for many years to come Delivery: If Applicable All products will be delivered by Special Delivery, so all you need to do is make sure you’re there to collect and sign for your parcel
  • At what stage should I get in contact with you?
    As soon as possible! The sooner we can get designing on your veil the better, because this leaves plenty of time to plan, design and make. It is helpful to have reference to your dress, so if you’d like to wait until you have yours then get in contact after that. For the design process we need to leave at least 12 weeks minimum.
